General

All orders placed before 8:00pm AEST will be processed and sent the next business day.
A packaging fee of $1 will be added to all orders.
No Paypal fees and no minimum lot average.
NEW parts come directly from new sets or from LEGO. Although care is taken to minimise handling, there may be small marks and scratches as a result of movement of parts during storage and shipping.
USED parts are washed according to LEGO recommendations. Unless marked otherwise will be in good condition, but may have light scratches, playwear or colour variation.
Multiple lots of parts in the same condition may be packed into a single bag (unless requested).

Payment

Payment is required within 3 business days after invoice
Payment is accepted through Paypal and Stripe (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa).

General shipping

Orders will be sent to your registered Brick Owl address.
All domestic shipping is charged at Australia Post rates, international shipping is charged at FedEx rates.
Shipping weight includes packaging material.
Insurance on the first $100 is included with all parcel shipping is covered under Australia Post Terms & Conditions (domestic) or FedEx (international). Additional insurance can be added to parcels over $100, please request a quote before placing your order.
Tracking is included with all parcel shipping (including FedEx International)..

Domestic

Orders can be delivered to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Large letter is offered as a low cost shipping option for orders with a value of less than $25. This does not include tracking or insurance. A Few Good Sets is not responsible for lost orders if this option is chosen.
Pick up for local (Sydney) buyers is welcome and free! This must be at a time convenient for both buyer and seller. This can also be done contactless.

International

A Few Good Sets is not responsible for import duties or other taxes that may be incurred by individual countries, the buyer is responsible for these costs (if applicable).
A Few Good Sets is not responsible for delays caused by orders being cleared by customs.
